Your privacy is important to us. This statement outlines how LaConcierge manages the personal information we hold about our customers and others.

It is the policy of LaConcierge to respect the confidentiality of information and the privacy of individuals. LaConcierge is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (as amended) in Australia.

Type of personal information held by LaConcierge

Individuals who choose to join our email lists, complete online forms or lodge enquiries will have their contact details stored on password protected databases.

When no longer required, personal information is destroyed in a secure manner or deleted.

Staff members associated with website maintenance have access to our website's backend system which is password protected. Our website server, hosted by our internet service provider, is also password protected.

Personal information accuracy

LaConcierge endeavours to ensure that the personal information it holds is accurate and up to date. We realise that information changes frequently with changes of address and other personal circumstances. But it is the responsibility of the members to update their profile when changes occur.

If you have created a profile with LaConcierge via our website, you are able to update or delete your personal information. To do so, simply log into your profile and you will find options for editing or deleting the information you have submitted.

LaConcierge has several areas on our website where you can submit feedback. Any feedback that is submitted through this area becomes the property of LaConcierge. We may use this feedback, such as success stories or responses to surveys, for marketing purposes, or to contact you for further feedback on the site.
