La Concierge was established in 2008 to support local businesses to access resources and information to become sustainable and to grow; but also as avenue to give back to the community.

So many Small Business owners struggle to keep up with legislation requirements, training staff and just working in their business instead of having time to work on their business.

Two services were developed to assist employers and business owners.

JobLink established to be used as a conduit to link to students and jobseekers locally and further a field.

And Your Business Matters (YBM) as means to assist employers and business owners with Human Resource information and resources.

Teresa Mitchell, founder and owner of La Concierge is a highly productive and results oriented educator / mentor and administration professional.  Teresa offers a diverse and versatile skill set and a track record in achieving results across a broad array of projects.

Teresa has extensive experience providing comprehensive administration and human resource expertise. Teresa has a background encompassing both public and private sectors in Human Resources, Education and Training.

Through Teresa’s vast business network of industry professionals, Teresa is able to assist in all facets of business development and management from business audits, accounting and finance, human resource management, sales and marketing through to industrial relations.
